I OWN WEEK 47. WHEN DOES MY VACATION BEGIN THIS YEAR?

see which day of the week your week starts. For example, does it start on Friday or Saturday? And remember, your taxes and
maintenance fees must be paid up before you can use your week. If they aren't paid, your Homeowners Association will
rent your week to recover our losses. Click your browsers back button to return to this page.
WHAT IF WE ARRIVE BEFORE CHECK-IN AT 4 PM?
If you should arrive early (prior to 4:00p.m. check-in) we are happy to store your luggage and we have changing rooms with lockers
and showers. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. If your flight is later you are welcome to use the Resort and, again we have
changing rooms available for your convenience.
HOW WILL WE KNOW WHERE EVERYTHING IS AT THE RESORT?
We will have a map for you at check-in showing the different buildings and other Resort attractions.
CAN WE HAVE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE?
If you would like daily housekeeping services, there is a fee of $50.00 for a two bedroom, $45.00 for a one bedroom and
$32.00 for a studio. Please let the Front Desk know if you would like additional services.
IS THERE FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE AT THE RESORT?
Food & Beverage services are provided on a limited basis. We have a small café and Tiki Hut Bar. Also, in the Venues section
of this web site are Metro Guides for local restaurants and other activities in the area.
WHAT IF WE RUN OUT OF TOWELS?
We do provide a daily even towel exchange i.e. bring two towels - get two towels at the Front Desk on a 24 hour basis 7 days per week.
HOW WILL WE KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AT THE RESORT?
A schedule of activities is given to each guest when they arrive. Also, every Monday at 10:00am we host a welcome reception. At this reception we go
over the activities for that week and you can sign up for different tours. We also have giveaways that can be redeemed at both the Resort
and local attractions.
HOW DO WE GET QUESTIONS ANSWERED AFTER WE CHECK IN?
After you check-in, if you have any questions or concerns, please call our Pride Person at ext. 588 and she can assist you with all your
needs.
HOW CAN I ARRANGE TO PLAY TENNIS?
For those of you who are tennis enthusiasts we have 3 clay courts one block from the Resort. Just ask anyone at the front desk and they
will direct you. You can have a set game by calling for a reservation. Or, you can even go alone and find a game any morning since we use
a very social "rack system" so everyone can play. You can find out more about the tennis center by visiting

ARE THERE NEAT THINGS WE CAN DO AT THE BEACH?
Yes. Want to go on a Banana Boat ride? We have it all: jet skis, catamarans, and wave runners are available. Want a private umbrella and
bench? You've got it. Just check with the front desk. All are available for a nominal charge.
HOW MANY SWIMMING POOLS DO YOU HAVE?
We have 4 swimming pools (3 heated) and two outdoor spas. And lots of lounge chairs to relax on and catch a few rays!
WILL OUR ROOM HAVE A DVD Player?
All of our units include a/c, televisions, DVD Players and stereo units.
HOW ABOUT BABY SITTING AND TOURS, ETC.?
For any other services such as babysitting, tours or any other special requests, please see our concierge who is located right
next to Front Desk in our lobby.
